Sakneen MCP connector
The Sakneen MCP connector lets Claude read your organization's Sakneen data, so your team can ask about units, compounds, leads, reservations and sales performance in plain language.
The connector only reads. It can't create, change or delete anything in Sakneen.

Before you start
- You need an active Sakneen account in your organization.
- On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, an owner has to add the connector for the organization before members can connect.
Connect Claude
- In Claude, open Settings › Connectors and find Sakneen. If it isn't listed, choose Add custom connector and paste the server URL.
- Choose Connect.
- Sign in with the Sakneen account you use at work.
- Check the organization named on the page, then choose Connect.
Claude can now use Sakneen in any chat where the connector is switched on.
What you can ask
- "How many units are available in each compound?"
- "Which leads came in this week, and from which source?"
- "List the reservations made in August with their unit and price."
- "Compare this quarter's sales with last quarter."
What Claude can see
Claude sees the organization you signed in to, and nothing outside it.
- Operational data: units, compounds, leads, clients, reservations, payments and the other records your organization keeps in Sakneen. Collections that hold credentials, API keys, integration settings and activity logs are never shown.
- Analytics: your organization's data in Sakneen's analytics warehouse, through read-only SQL.
Sakneen checks your account and organization membership on every request, so removing someone from the organization cuts off their connector straight away.

Every tool is marked read-only.
Disconnect
In Claude, open Settings › Connectors, choose Sakneen, then Disconnect. A connection also ends by itself 30 days after you sign in, and Claude then asks you to sign in again.
